A Board plan, also called a revolving matrix or matrix cycle plan, groups members into boards of a fixed size. Each member is placed on a board, and when the board is full it splits into two new boards and the member at the top is promoted and paid a completion bonus. The process repeats every time a board reaches its size limit. Because each board has a fixed number of positions, the structure is easy to track and to explain. The Board Compensation Plan offers different types of Compensation for its members:
Referral Bonus
Referral bonus depends on the number of sales and even provides a commission to the users for all the sponsoring or referrals.
Matching Bonus
Bonus received by the downline members will be directly beneficial to their corresponding sponsor.
Level Commission
In Level Commission, all the users with active downlinemember's gains quality amount as a bonus.
Position Bonus
One adding new members to the downline allows every sponsor to earn good bonus. This bonus is called as the Position Bonus.
Board Plan Bonus
Once the limit of maximum number is reached, the end members gain bonus which is called Board Completion Bonus.
How a Board Fills and Splits
Board sizes are chosen by you. This illustrative board has 7 positions across three levels, which shows how the structure works:

| Level 1 (top) | 1 | The board owner, who is paid the completion bonus when the board is full |
| Level 2 | 2 | Filled first as new members are placed on the board |
| Level 3 | 4 | Filled last. When it is full, the board is complete |
When all 7 positions are filled, the board is complete. It splits into two new boards, and members from the completed board move up to take the top position on each. The software places every new member, detects completion, pays the bonus and creates the new boards automatically.
