MLM Software Company in South Africa

Multi-Level Marketing Software in South Africa

Real MLM Software builds custom, web-based MLM software for direct selling companies in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa. We have done this since 2019 from our office in Jaipur, India, and we work with African companies remotely. Our team includes developers, designers, research and development staff and a quality and assurance team.

We start by studying your compensation plan with your own worked examples, including the parts that usually break calculations: spillover, ranks, capping and repurchase bonuses. We then build the member panel, admin panel, e-wallet and reports around those rules, and test the commissions against your examples before launch. To see a working system first, open the MLM software demo page.

South Africa: What Section 43 Means for Your MLM Software

Section 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 is the section that matters most. This is general information, not legal advice.

What the Act saysWhat the software can keep
A pyramid scheme is one where participants earn compensation mainly from recruiting other people, and the promotion emphasises thatCommission reports that separate product-sale commission from other amounts, so a lawyer can review the split
It is an offence to promote, join or take part in a pyramid schemeA plan design where payouts follow product sales. We do not build deposit-return or investment-return schemes
A multiplication scheme offers a return at least 20 per cent a year above the repo rateWe do not build schemes that promise a return on money put in
The Minister may declare other schemesCheck current declarations with your lawyer. The software can be changed if your plan must change

Read the full text of the section, then ask a lawyer how it applies to your plan.

Payments, Rand and Languages

Wallets, orders and reports can use rand (ZAR). PayPal, Razorpay and CCAvenue are integrated, and a South African gateway that publishes API documents, such as PayFast, can be integrated from its documentation. English panels are standard and Afrikaans or other labels can be added to the member panel on request. If you sell in Kenya or Nigeria as well, see those pages for the local payment options.

What Every African Project Includes

  • Backups: your members' data is backed up so a failure does not lose it.
  • Payment gateways: PayPal, Razorpay and CCAvenue are integrated; others from their documentation.
  • Customizable plan: built from your rules, not a template.
  • Security: role-based access and encrypted passwords, with updates after launch.
