Is MLM legal in Bahrain?

Take care here. In February 2015 Bahrain's Minister of Industry and Commerce issued an order banning hierarchical and network marketing (Arabian Business report, BehindMLM report). A ministry representative said violators could face prison and a fine of up to BD5,000. Neither report names a law number, and rules may have changed since, so this is general information, not legal advice. Ask a Bahraini lawyer before you plan anything.

Will you build multi-level MLM software for Bahrain?

Only if your Bahraini lawyer confirms in writing that your structure is lawful. If the advice is that a multi-level structure is not allowed, we can build an online store, a member and order system, or a loyalty programme without a multi-level structure. We will not build a scheme that pays for recruitment.

Bahrain has a Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) that covers how you collect and store personal data. We build role-based access, encrypted passwords and backups. How the law applies to you is a question for your lawyer.
