Not in the multi-level form. China's State Council issued a Direct Selling Regulation (Order No. 443) and an Anti-Pyramid Selling Regulation (Order No. 444) in 2005. They allow licensed direct selling but ban pyramid selling, and the Lehman, Lee & Xu FAQ says salespeople may be paid only on their own personal sales, up to 30% of that volume. Penalties listed there include confiscation, fines of up to CNY 500,000 and criminal punishment. These are 2005 sources and rules may have changed, so ask a Chinese lawyer. Per the Lehman, Lee & Xu FAQ and the Mondaq article from 2005: a licence from the Ministry of Commerce, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise or local company, paid-in registered capital of at least RMB 80 million, a deposit at a designated bank, and in the case of a foreign investor three years of direct selling experience outside China. Please confirm current figures with your lawyer.

No. We will not build multi-level compensation for the mainland. We can build software for an online store, member accounts and order records, and, for a licensed company, a single-level direct selling record system, once your Chinese lawyer has confirmed the structure.

We integrate PayPal, Razorpay and CCAvenue. Gateways that publish API documents, such as Alipay and WeChat Pay, can be integrated from their documentation, but they normally require a business registered in mainland China. Wallets, orders and reports use Chinese yuan (CNY).

Simplified Chinese labels can be added to the member panel on request, and we test the screens before they go live. Traditional Chinese is possible for Hong Kong or Taiwan audiences. English is standard.

The Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) covers how you collect, store and move members' personal data, including across borders. We build role-based access, encrypted passwords and backups. Where data should be hosted is a question for your lawyer.

No. Our office is in Jaipur, India (66 Gulabi Nagar, Krishna Path, Netaji Ki Chakki, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012). We work with Chinese companies by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call. China is 2.5 hours ahead of India, so our Mon-Fri 9-18 IST hours are 11:30-20:30 in Beijing. We arrange calls to suit you.
