No. Our office is in Jaipur, India (66 Gulabi Nagar, Krishna Path, Netaji Ki Chakki, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012). We work with Philippine companies by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call. The Philippines is 2.5 hours ahead of India, so our Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 India hours are 11:30 to 20:30 in Manila.

We integrate PayPal, Razorpay and CCAvenue. Philippine gateways that publish API documents, such as PayMongo, Xendit and Dragonpay, can be integrated from their documentation, subject to the approval each gateway gives your business. Whether GCash, Maya, cards or bank transfer are available depends on the gateway. Wallets, orders and reports can use pesos (PHP).

English panels are standard. Filipino (Tagalog) labels can be added to the member panel on request, and we agree the wording with you before it goes live.

The Data Privacy Act of 2012 affects how you collect and store members' personal data. We build role-based access, encrypted passwords and backups, and we agree with you who may see which data. How the Act applies to your company is a question for your lawyer.
