MLM Software Company in Vietnam

Yes, but only for a licensed company. Decree 40/2018/ND-CP, issued 12 March 2018 and in force from 2 May 2018, replaced Decree 42/2014 (Vietnam Briefing report, Conventus Law summary). The company must be established in Vietnam, hold a registration certificate valid for five years, and meet capital and escrow requirements. According to the Vietnam Briefing report and the Conventus Law summary: charter capital of at least VND 10 billion and an escrow deposit of 5% of charter capital with a floor of VND 10 billion, which can cover penalties or compensation to participants.

The Conventus Law summary says the company must run an IT system with its server in Vietnam, keep a website with full MLM information, and have a system for handling participants' questions and complaints. It also lists as banned allowing participants more than one ID number and failing to use the registered management system. Per the Vietnam Briefing report and Conventus Law summary: the company may not take deposits or money from participants or require them to buy a set quantity of goods to join. Only goods can be traded, not services, and some goods such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices and digital content are prohibited.

The Vietnam Briefing report gives semi-annual reports due on 31 July and 20 January, with fines of VND 40 to 60 million for late filing. The software can produce member, sales and payout reports by period for your team to file.
